About 18 miles est of Rome, famous for Hadrian’s Villa, the Emperor Palace and place of government, small Versailles like, an area of 300 acres. we will enjoy Egyptian Canopus, the Teatro Marittimo and the Greek Pecile.
And the Villa d’Este, a large residential estate of a cardinal in exile, a lush and watery 16th century villa. Beautiful gardens and Baroque fountains and water organ.

Info about Hadrian’s Villa and Villa D’Este

Villa Adriana was a royal residence suburban starting from the second century. Commissioned by Emperor Hadrian (76-138), it is located near Tivoli (ancient Tibur), today metropolitan city of Rome Capital. By progressive stages in the first half of the second century a few kilometers from the ancient Tibur, the structure appears a rich complex of buildings extended over a large area, which was to cover about 120 ha, in an area rich in water sources at 17 Roman miles dall’Urbs [1]. Villa Adriana in 1999 was declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
